At the core of my artistic research is Somatic Imagination, a movement creation approach rooted in the dynamic dialogue between body and mind. The urgency of this lies in discovering how to actively experience the work, enabling engagement with it rather than remain observant.

The approach explores the rich information inside the imagination through embodied practice. The work I conduct with myself and other dancers involves in-depth exploration through improvisation and experimentation. I am fascinated by the process of experiencing what it feels like to embody elements, achieving a state where the body feels self-moving.
